Shipping info
We already had to stop shipping to some countries in the European Union as fees for packing material are too high (in some countries up to 40 Euros per parcel). As European Commission is planning massive increase of fees for packing material, we will have to stop deliveries to more European countries due to the high fees and the coming expensive and time intense regulations.
Currently we had to stop shipments to: Spain, Portugal, Luxemburg and Hungary. Here some information, how you could get shipments from us:
As private senders don’t have to pay such fees, we can only offer you a slight work around for now.
You have to place your order as always, but you have to use our address as delivery address.
Shopsystem always charges shipping costs, which will be refunded!
The next step would be: you will receive a message from us providing the actual weight / dimensions of your shipment and you can (and must) buy the label at DHL:

Send the label (pdf file) to us via e-mail and we hand over the parcel to DHL.
Costs: this shipping will cost the DHL parcel fee – we will charge nothing . The VAT included in the item price will be 19% (lower than in most other countries).
